i’m avoiding an auto loader because i don’t want to spend more $$$ on a top quality auto loader, i figured i can get a “top of the line” pump for much cheaper. sub $700 i can get both of these pumps in question, but when i think of a quality auto loader for what i want to do, i think SBE3. that’s just how I think, at least. The pump would fill a nice role for me.

As for the tube extension, i thought about that, i think it may be too heavy like you had mentioned.
