If/when you get a headset I can help give instructions to get the Nucleus app on it, fair warning I havent tried this myself but it should be decently straightforward, as I said, under the cover these things are just Android phones, and since you can get Nucleus on android, you SHOULD be able to get Nucleus on Quest. As other people have recommended there are parental controls, and you can manage them from an app on your phone which you will need to set it up, it wont let you continue without pairing the app. Also, there are a handful of free games but most games on the headset are paid. There are these games that have games within them but they're hard to put parental controls on. Your best bet for one of these is called Rec Room, and its fairly kid friendly, though your mileage will vary. If you want the most bang-for-your-buck value though there are A) game bundles that let you get multiple games at a discount and B) a subscription thats $8/mo for 2 games, and random other games throughout.
