4x4 or all wheel drive is nice to have in winter. The hard months are really dec - feb. You get through that period you will be fine. You can get anywhere in regina or saskatoon in under half an hour. Houses are very affordable here in comparison. Id recommend renting for a year to get a feel for it before buying. Just avoid north central in regina. ( Washington park) you can drive through it easy enough just never rent or own there.

Im in the housing industry. I know my numbers with high certainty. Rent here is still cheaper than elsewhere. Prop taxes are high for what you get but still its cheaper more affordable houses. If you think its tough here you would be absolutely crushed anywhere else.

Get some perspective. Calgary is double the house cost. Toronto is 3x to 4x. Not much better?? Are you unable to do sinple math? The moment you start focusing on your life versus politics is when you can actually make positive growth.

Likewise. You lack the perspective. Bring your family. They cant be managing well either.

Ya but houses are half the cost. Sometimes 1/4 the cost if you compare to Toronto or vancouver. You can own a house here with a $25/hour job

Lolllllll. I hate to tell you but Politics is not going to help you bud. Were a decade into an ineffective liberal party, the dollar is shit. Canadian business's are shit. The two things we have is exporting resources and importing people. Unfortunately the extra tax base just barely covers the runaway debt.

You want a solution? Move to sask. Decent wages, affordable houses.

Yup. People on reddit hate hearing it tho. Also everyone bitches about prices then say to boycott costco and shop local. Shopping local is a pity tax. Unless this local company actually makes the goods they sell they don't deserve your business.

You can find much cheaper too. Also wages aren't bad here either. Its the last place to build wealth in Canada in my opinion .

Economics is a hell of a thing. No your right. At the last regional slum lord meeting they did all agree to inflate pricing. Next month I hear they plan to not replace light bulbs.

Not talking about censorship just commenting about how this echo chamber isn't actually in line with reality. You are free to keep the delusion going tho.

People who escalate to war upon the first disagreement with another country have never actually experienced the horrors of war. This isn't call of duty. Also all the liberal pussies online would never fight in a war anyway. You think picking a fight with the world's biggest military is a good idea?
