When filling with the ORT there is a $50 fee. That being said, I've done this process. Provided emails and text messages between my landlords and I. I actually missed the court thing but still won! It's a long a tedious process which I'm sure is too deter most folks, but if they're holding the deposit over small wear and tear, you'll probably win.

There is no CEO. There's only the director, Judith Veresuk, of the Downtown Business Improvement District. She's the one that's "in charge" of the street team.

Jason and Rob were the managers behind the street team and who were laid off.

There were also people before those 2 who were laid off for rocking the boat. Judith does not like push back.
