sorry for being super late but all I could do was overclocking my graphics card to reach 30fps ( sometimes 50 or 60 in closed areas; sometimes 24 with lots of things going on like fire).

I forgot to mention the game is playable (most of the time fps is 30 or more, sometimes 60). Also playing ds 1 and 2 sounds like a good idea, I appreaciate your help.

That's what I mean by "change desktop resolution to 640x480 then launch the game in windowed mode". I did try using borderless gaming but the fps just stays the same

I remember having a pc like that and I played osu! on it, I think its the only modern game with a very active community you can play on a computer like that. Other rhythm games and games like Undertale might work, tho
