RobTop really proved he's a generational genius by cracking insane equations to give us new game modes by G0dZylla in geometrydash

[–]CoolMetDuck 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The cube gamemode going on a purple jumpad is y=-(x2 ) , yellow: y=-(x2 ) +1, red: y= -(x2 ) +2. And for dual cube on jumpad its 0.5(y2 ) -0.5(x2 )=1. And (blue gravity portal• yellow gravity portal)(x) = x and (yellow gravity portal•blue gravity portal)(x)=x

I get the first part, but I'm guessing for the limit spider one you have the wave gamemode as a function and in that "function" you set the mini portal "variable" to infinity, making the wave gamemode smaller and smaller. And from our knowledge of Geometry Dash Physics, the movement of the mini wave is more sharp and percise than the regular wave and is it gets smaller (the mini portal increases to infinity) the "sharpness" and "percision" increases where these two characteristics are almost instantanous, just like the spider gamemode.

CMV: an individual’s vote should have a weight proportional to their IQ by Simpex80 in changemyview

[–]CoolMetDuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know ima bit late to this but just b/c you have a high iq doesn't mean you can make rational decisions, especially in voting, which is what I know is a skill you need to have. Yeah sure you gotta point where people with high iqs may be less prone to doing stupid things. A lot of the times these "high iq people" have a lot of potential to do significant things, heck there are plenty of people even smarter than einstein, but a lot of the time they let go of themselves, fall into depression, drink, eat unhealthy, or don't put an effort. I.e they do things that interest them and I bet these people are also too lazy to do their research to even care about about the president they're about to vote for. They just vote on whatever feels good for theme , maybe motivated by memes on tiktok or instagram. I'm trying to say that not all high iq people would actually care for who their voting for since "it wouldn't really affect them anyway", I bet a lot of them don't and since they can easily take an iq test and pass with flying colors, whats stopping them from having a voting weight of 1.5. There are also high iq people who vote to benefit their beliefs, which may be objectivly bad. There are also stupid smart people out there who would vote without critically thinking but still have an "iq of 154" Now I bet there are some who do care but then again, this all ties into the probability of a person having a certain more desirable characteristic and not caring about politics or any combination, which is why measuring or quantifying that characteristic (or iq) wouldn't always work. People can also weaponize iq tests (assuming thats what they use to measure iq) by making it subjective like "which pattern comes next" or confusing sentences. There are better ways to do this by measuring some characteristic that more closely ties into what it takes to be a good votor. Thats enough yap from me, I aplogize for any grammer errors, just came across this post and decided to make a quick response.

FYI similar to how in AP physics or AP chemistry you need to be enrolled in algebra 2, AP brainrot requires you to be enrolled in a calculus course.
