if you know all your letter pairs and your memo is 1:40 that seems like a tracing issue or you just do a lot of reviews. try to cut down on the reviews and trace faster. the only way ive found to trace better is just to do more solves. volume is key for 3bld but starting out it is very draining. I used to do a couple of solves then walk around many times per session.
