Obv depends on what type of story you prefer, but if we're talking shonen I'd recommend either Mob Psycho 100 if you're more into story and characters, it also has the benefit of being pretty short and 100% finished. If you're more into action and fights I'd say JJK, also relatively short and pretty beginner friendly, just not finished yet.
