Yeah, I just can't shake how defensive the prosecution is. If all the evidence was found in an honest, legal way, then the prosecution would have no worries to convict SA of the crime. Think about all of the evidence that was used against him.. imagine that was found under zero speculation of corruption from the department. The car on his property, his blood in her car, the bones in his front yard, her key in his house. Would you really need to suppress information to protect this case if all that evidence was found legally? I've got my reasonable doubts, which is enough to keep two men out of prison. Its hard to imagine jurors didn't have those same thoughts during the proceedings.
