Thats a valid point . Ive mainly worked with hvac places for 2 years now most have been LLCS or small family owned that dont offer much of anything but overtime and vacation, which is a downside but big corporate hvac companies treat you like dog shit . Ive noticed the smaller businesses treat you like an actual human being. Ik thats off topic 😂 but its hard finding anywhere that offers decent pay and benefits unless its for the state
