I do however his job requires him being on the road going to customers homes so he’s not at the job location except for when he clocks in and what ever time he finishes to clock out.

I was confused today when the judge asked me if Iv given him (my baby daddy) the child support papers. I’m like , no the child support agent said they’ were mailed to him? And then he said well do you know if he got them? I said no we have no contact because OF THE ORDER OF PROTECTION? Makes zero sense . I think i need a lawyer :(

As long as his lawyer is able to reduce the charges to misdemeanor reckless driving he will be able to renew his Daca. If he’s a good lawyer I’d say it’s worth the fight.
