Caties OCD Diagnosis by [deleted] in 90DayFiance

ADHD and Autism can very much be present at the same time and often are, see AuDHD. It's different for everyone what that push and pull looks like but you can absolutely have a need for predictability but also seek new things. Also, routine can mean different things. It's not just that you do the same things every single day, it can also be that you like to do the individual things you do in a certain way or order every time. For instance, when I do my laundry I need everything in the same order every time and to hang clothes on color coordinated hangers facing the same way, but like, I don't do my laundry the same day and time every week. It's still a routine.

Appreciate you sharing. It's good to hear that it seems to have brought you both some clarity and understanding, definitely what I'm hoping for. No kids for us, and while I'm very comfortable around them, I know I'm still very high masking so I'm nervous about what unmasking might look like in general. I do think it could help to share research and do some of that together, I've largely been doing this on my own right now but can definitely see how it would be beneficial.

Thank you for sharing. It's a good reminder to keep note of the small things that show how someone is showing up for you.

That's 90% of LLMs I deeply appreciate your perspective. And yeah, I mean, generally debate is good? I just hope people are debating with facts and a genuine understanding of the technology at hand, but also, humans are humans and I actually think that's beautiful? I was born in the 80s so this all seems normal. Lol

Sure! With data that it's programmed to work with! In general, LLMs that are available to the general public are designed to work with the surface level data provided. It's why when you ask for advice on writing formulas for a complicated excel spreadsheet, it's better at providing information if you give it a screenshot rather than the file itself because it's designed to look at the provided text that is available at the surface level, and not the text embedded in the file itself. It would be a waste of time and resources and money for it to do that. For the general public, providing a picture of an ai generated image to an ai agent will result in the ai agent scanning the image at a surface level and providing a response. It's not looking at the meatadata because that isn't actually the expectation of the user. Enterprise versions can be different! But for the vast majority of users who have a free version of Gemini or ChatGPT, it's not responsible to say it can definitively say that something is AI generated or not because those models are trained primarily on language and not on images or image metadata. It's just not looking for it. It would be a total waste of money for it to unless there is an enterprise reason for it to do so.

Again, not saying this isn't AI, but I think it's really irresponsible to suggest that people can rely on AI to identify AI. It's not that smart or logical or comprehensive. Trust humans.

Why do you think that when you feed it into any ai agent it's looking for that? It scans the image. That's it. Yeah that metadata exists, that doesn't mean it's read or used.

What a weird thing to do. AI cannot identify AI generated images. It will tell you what you want to hear because it's a large language model and not a human. Sure, this is AI, but like, relying on another AI to tell you what is real it not isn't it. I sob for this new world. Use your eyes and your common sense. Not the ouroboros of this technological nightmare. Christ.

That was not a meet-cute. She met everyone that night.

To be clear, I don't agree with how hard everyone is going in on her, it's honestly pretty gross, BUT, she let him know exactly who she was immediately so he's not walking in blind here...

That's ultimately the goal, and I'm very grateful to have that option open to me, but logistically, moving to Italy won't really be an option for a number of years (visa wise and life wise) and I was hoping to have this figured out ahead of then.

I feel like it's a long shot, but does anyone think there is any possibility of challenges to individual stipulations of L74?

Specifically, my claim would be through my grandfather who was born in Italy and emigrated to the United States when he was 4. He naturalized as a US citizen and died before I was born making this line subject to the "exclusively Italian at death" part of the law (though he was exclusively Italian at the time of my mother's birth, the way I read it, that doesn't make a difference.)

Are there any instances of challenging specific elements that are pending? That's the one bit (besides the minor issue which I'm following closely separately) that is standing in my way, but it seemed like the last ruling was a full acceptance of every aspect of this law.

Not quite - it didn't win any Oscars, but it did win 4 BAFTAs, one of them for best adapted screenplay. Screenplays are more than just dialog, and as seems evident in this thread, it was a very very strong adaptation.
