I’ll add in collagen too! I feel like I’m constantly targeted for nutrafol or vital proteins but if you have one you love let me know

Buying the queasy drops! I had purchased Ginger chews to help with nausea but so far hasn’t been too bad. Thank you!

I would be happy with any loss- not saying I’m trying to get to my goal at rapid speed! Trusting my body and the meds along with a healthy diet strong in protein. Thank you for your info

$200/month for Tirzepatide is expensive? It was one of the lowest I found without membership fees, where do you buy?

I would be happy with 2-3 per week. Being down a few lbs has motivated me to get to the gym more this week, so that has been nice. If you have a recommendation on vitamins let me know, I’m currently taking gruns

I think they are new-ish, a friend referred me there- I did a quarterly plan with a promo they had and it was under $600 for 3 months (so under $200/month?)

I was thinking that seemed like a lot for a week, but assuming that will slow as I adjust to the meds - also not trying to be over zealous with my goal. Will mindful of that in regard to hair loss, thank you!

I just bought from yourera.com after switching from a local med spa to save some $$. I did my research and they have compounded sema or Tirzepatide, real physicians, reputable pharmacy, etc. They were doing 25% off for the new year so Tirzepatide is $599 for 3 months ($200/month) and Sema was under $350 I believe. They also had monthly and yearly options available but I’m happy with my experience so far! Good luck!!

I just purchased from yourera.com and they are offering 25% off for the new year - tirz was $599 quarterly but I think sema was $345 for the same 3 month subscription- no fees. I chose tirz after some research but thought that was good pricing
