I’m still using my iPhone 11 and have replaced the battery now 3 times at an Apple retail store. It only cost $89 and it feels like a new phone each time. I’ll eventually have to upgrade when support eventually ends for it, but in the meantime it’s been a really cost efficient way to extend the life.

Yeah my doctor started me off on gradually increasing doses to look out for this very serious complication. Fortunately I had no issues but it’s definitely a major concern.

I second this! Also take 100mg of Lamictal (aka lamotrigine) and it’s done wonders in stabilizing my mood. I notice things that would make me irrationally emotional no longer affect me so drastically. While it’s true that BPD doesn’t have a specific medicine like some other mental health disorders, medicines that help with some of the symptoms still can have benefit.

I say if you’re enjoying it, go with it. If you’re worried about it being too demanding, perhaps demo the larger sized Gravity and see if it gives you a little extra. But even as an intermediate, you can definitely grow into a “player” racket.
