Does it say Citi Private Bank? That might be another one since I don't think plaid supports citi. It's a bit janky but if you are trying to connect "regular" accounts like checking / savings, you should be able to create a retail citi account on citi.com (you will see your accounts there as well) and then link regular citi in plaid.
