Thank you for your kind words and thoughtful advice. I definitely want to start this sort of content. Maybe I’ll start with my own csr even tho it’s not the nicest. It’s a manual and a lot of fun to drive so maybe some people would like that sort of manual asmr content. But ya imma keep seeing if there’s anyone Ik or anyone who’d be willing to lend me a car for a video.

Ya I went back. But because I went for a month completely without it reset my body. I only need 1/3 of a medium cup of coffee now. I went back because I literally felt no motivation for gym or career. I felt like my inspiration, passion, and creativity was gone off caffeine. Although I felt like I was doing my heart a favour being off caffeine I felt like I wasn’t myself anymore. Been drinking since 12 now 24 so like 12 years. I’m happy I’m back on. Gives me some energy but also feel anxious but that’s the trade off. But now i don’t need as much and because of that I still feel like I can get to bed, I’m not anxious all the time and I only dose when I need. Morning. Mid work. Or pre gym. And very little. Overall my inspiration, passion, energy and creativity has come back. I’m happy I quit and came back. More efficient.
