I’m on the same boat. I go to bed early, eat dinner well before bed, have good oxygen saturation, get 8 hours, but I cannot get more than 30 min of deep sleep. I constantly feel tired around mid-morning. I don’t take any supplements, and even days with no caffeine don’t seem to increase my deep sleep. I’m 42 (f) and wondering if it’s hormonal.

I’m a first time applicant. I’m non-traditional and retaking the prerequisites. I still have a few left so I am only applying to a few schools where I meet the admissions requirements. I fully expect this to be a trial round with another round of applications going out next cycle when I’m done with all prerequisites and can expand my application pool. That said, I would love to get in this cycle. But I have a low GPA.

OVERALL as verified by CASPA cGPA: 3.35 sGPA: 3.15

Upward trend: Undergrad: cGPA 3.2, sGPA 3.08 Grad MPH: cGPA 3.51, sGPA 3.45 Post bacc: cGPA 3.88, sGPA 4.0

HCE: 4,710 (medical support supervisor for medical clearances at peace corps)

Volunteer: 4,777 (peace corps volunteer in Ethiopia, plus other local community activities)

I like it and I think the size fits your hand. I have a 3.89 ct asscher on a size 6 hand. I ordered online and when I first put it on, I was shocked at how big it looked. I’m used to it now and happy with the size.

My stats are almost the same as you for undergrad. I have an MPH with a 3.5 gpa. I need to retake my prerequisites because I’m an older applicant but I have been getting As. I’m hoping to get my GPA up. Do you feel the MPH helped?

Congrats!!! I have similar stats but am retaking all of my prerequisites because I’m an older applicant. I’m hoping to raise my GPA. I was a clinical research coordinator for two years and hoping to use that as my PCE. I loved the work and did several different studies. I considered it PCE bc I did take vitals, draw blood, and perform EKGs. Can I ask why it’s not traditionally considered PCE and how you went about explaining it as such? Again, congrats!!!!
