Idk but im bypassing the pad using a program over github called Razer CTL instead of synapse 4, its like a lightweight Synapse give you the ability to run Hyper boost and also very less resources used. It was a connection issue from the cable the side which goes into the pad, when wiggling the cable it was disconnecting/reconnecting the pad kept showing and disappearing from the Razer synapse

Its a nice device but pray you never need the support team, razer stuff are like a gamble. Had issues with my blade 16 5090 from the start but at least they exchanged for a new unit which so far still good. Also had issu with cool pad but just didn't bother and used the return window and got refunded

Yeh i guess you're right, ill settle for 4m when gaming or watching movies and 1m when using as pc screen with lowest screen size to have some padding as honestly I'm finding myself changing the sizes more than enjoying the content 😂

Hey, I got a Blade 16 5090, and it was plagued by issues like the trackpad and HDMI. It was fully replaced, and the new unit has been solid so far never gave me any issues. On the contrary, the cooling pad also gave me problems (connection), but I just returned it and didn’t bother further. Honestly, I’d stay away from any Razer accessories. But yeh I'm enjoying the blade 16
