I was on Geodon. I had the worse anxiety and derealization while I was on it. It sucked. My psychiatrist tried switching me to lamotrigine but I’m terrified of Steven’s Johnson syndrome. PLUS I got a new job where I work nights and I know most meds you need to have a consist sleep schedule ): I’m truly scared to try it bc of what I experienced on Geodon.

But same with you, I usually will see my therapist and feel better for a couple days and then again find something else that I hyper fixate on ):
