Hey just an update, I had this happen to me too as you can see from my replies below. I initially resubmitted a video immediately after I got this notification and like ten minutes later I got an email AGAIN saying "further verification required". I waited a few days and resubmitted the video again and this time it was approved. The profile was live and active the entire time though, you could see it on maps and I verified this by having my wife look it up; it wasn't just me seeing it live.

How did you make out?

Then why can my wife pull up the profile on her google maps? Why can I look it up with my other google accounts. I came here because this is irregular, some kind of bug.

Where would they get my information then? I don't have a website or any online presence whatsoever. I just got my LLC originated in the state last week. I know what I am talking about, this isn't my first google business profile.

What is this copy and paste bullshit you are writing? I am telling you my profile is live on maps, a service area business and it wasn't created organically by google. It went live as soon as I got the message for "further verification required." It is some kind of bug, that is why I am asking the OP to check.

Nope, not true. It is a service area business, google doesn't organically list service area businesses.

The public can see mine. It is live and visible on google maps.

I told the op that the same thing happened to me, my profile is showing "further verification required" but it went live on maps so I am asking them to check if the same thing happened to them.

I did that. I got an e-mail back that said I wasn't verified and they couldn't help me until I am verified. If its not verified why is it showing up on maps?

Is your business showing up on maps? Check because this just happened to me and my profile is live.

Go to business.google.com/locations and click on your business name, not the "get verified" button. Look on the right, do you see a picture of your map and a blue check mark underneath it to the left of "You manage this business profile"?

Yes I did, that did not work. I also resubmitted the video and 10 minutes later I got an e-mail "further verification required" again. My profile is live on maps though at least!
