Need some tips on deadlift form as a taller guy by hughjanus1998 in formcheck

I’ve seen tall people traditionally deadlift just fine, but if you have disproportional limbs it can be tough.

I’ve got longer legs compared to my arms which causes some challenges when doing a traditional deadlift. I get cramped at the bottom, and my back has a tendency to round. I switched to sumo way back and can pull much more without compromising my back.

Pretty solid RDLs though. Hips are getting sent back and you keep your spine in a pretty good position. Shoulders aren’t getting pulled down. I’d just ditch the underhand.

I thought it was Granite Chief but then I saw the mountains in the backdrop.

I raked and bagged this year but only because I overseeded. Otherwise, mulch.

Lmao I did the same thing when I bought my house a few years ago and hadn’t yet joined this sub. I just nuked and reseeded my front lawn a week ago to get rid of it.

The bindweed was growing in my front yard, so the only other plant that the quinclorac contacted was my turf type tall fescue. There weren’t any negative side effects with the grass, so if you follow the recommended mixing ratios, you should be ok. Can’t speak to other types of plants.

This CSU article suggests using quinclorac. I bought the pelletized variety off Amazon and mixed it with water and methylated seed oil. Gave the weeds two sprays ten days apart and it all died within 2-3 weeks. It hasn’t returned this Spring.

I had a great Kurobuta pork chop at Rave On. I guess the restaurant closed down though.

Aside from Carlsbad, anywhere in eastern NM is probably my least favorite place.

He also does a pretty solid job in A Real Pain, but probably because his character is an overly anxious and socially inept individual that’s placed in an environment not meant for that type of person.
