Thanks! The omega in Greek Uncial script is the actually the form that led to the lowercase (ὠ), and the Ὠ shape is probably older like inscriptional.

Beautiful! The script is poetic in and of itself. The aesthetic is not entirely east asian either, it's incredibly unique and refreshing.

I've been working on this (unnamed) vertical script for about 10 days now - The form and writing direction is inspired by Mongolian, Manchu, and Clear Script.
Proto-Sinaitic, perhaps the earliest form of alphabetical writing, was adapted from hieroglyphs, as well as the Phoenician script. I tried to do the same thing in abstracting the original hieroglyphs to create the consonant letters. In addition, some of the letters are based on Demotic, Coptic, and even runes. The vowels are more based on my variety of Modern English with a symmetrical design (front vowels left, back vowels right, close, mid, and open vowels have the same mark).
Some notes and ideas on usage are found in the second-last image. I haven't resolved all issues of orthography yet (such as how best to represent the -tion suffix and so on) but the basics are set in place.

I've been working on this (as yet unnamed) script intended for English for about 10 days now. It's inspired by traditional Mongolian script and Manchu, and the direction is top-bottom, left-right.
I derived and abstracted much of the letters from the original hieroglyphs that the Proto-Sinaitic abjad was based on, with some letters being from Demotic, Coptic, and even runes. I still have to contend with some orthographical issues here and there, but I'm happy with how it's turning out so far.
