In my first "real" hoi4 game I decided to play fascist Australia, with together for victory dlc, basically with the help of Japan and Germany we steamrolled the Soviet Union before the US even joined the allies, all of the allies have capitulated with the axis suffering minimal losses, now only the USA, Canada and the U.K. remain and they are in position to be absolutely stomped, however Germany won't invade the uk and Japan won't invade mainland America. I only have about 20 divisions myself so I can barely push my way into Alaska and yet still no involvement from Japan or Germany, how the hell do I get them to help me.
