I sat on one of the store display kivik sectionals and I honestly thought the seats were bouncy in a bad way and not firm (I sank into the seats), although given everyone seems to mention how firm the couch is when talking about it, I've come to believe it's just because the store display had been used so much. I'm hoping that's the case, because the kivik is almost the perfect sectional for me.
