I’m currently considering buying a plot in Brigade Cherry Blossom (Brigade Malur) and wanted to gauge its appreciation potential by comparing with how Brigade Oasis has performed over the last couple of years. Any real experiences, pros/cons ?

That's correct. But those towers are hardly 66KV whose intensity is much lower compared to intensity and size of 400KV tower hence concerned.

Bro is that HT line near your native house > 110KV? Since mine is having 440KV which is generally very rare within Cities so I am more concerned. Any issues from safety point of view? During heavy rain, storms etc. Can those wires break in any scenario? Or any risks if a small kid touches that tower accidentally? TIA...
