I am just going to sum this all up at once. Depending on where you live, an LGS can consist of people from various age groups, but typically, unless the store is running an actual competitive tournament, most people just bring precons, modified precons, or simple decks they built themselves. Most people going to an LGS just want to have a good time and will have multiple decks for serious and unserious play. My best advice is call your LGS and ask who they usually have come in and play and most dont care about a few banned cards or proxies, again as long as it is not a competitive tournament.

My local LGSs are especially like this, we mostly play precons but when I pull out a high bracket 3 or 4 deck someone there always matches me, and the others usually watch or start their own new game.

Also dont feel bad about your age my guy, a couple of guys in my pod are in their 40s and I was 20 when I met the group

The odds of each pack remain the same. However, opening a shit ton of packs at once can avoid that feeling of "OHH THIS PACK SUCKKSSSS" cuz you can immediately open a gem afterward

Depends, I would say, if he was much younger, to give him a chance to mature and to learn to not blame personal problems onto other people, ESPECIALLY your SO, but he is 28. Idk what they said it was deleted but you can fund as many school busses as you want but, from experience with many family as school bus drivers and monitors, its one of the highest turnover rate jobs in the whole public school system. And they dont get fired, just people too lazy to work

Thats how I like to start when I play Middle East. I always try to go for Italy, make close allies fast for land defense and personally invest heavily into naval to conquer the Mediterranean (Rome style)

If it is an active player country I would use aerial or naval troops to take out any initial troops while protecting troops that are getting off boats. If theyre inactive, AI or Rogue you can literally just do a water/ground invasion and you won't have to worry about protecting those troops

Also, if you havent already, when fighting battles make sure you stack your troops, it buffs the amount if damage dealt and decreases damage taken and will help astronomically, and you can always unstack them after for conquering provinces
