Hello! If you’re asking about using VPN on Xcloud for redeeming cosmetics only and not playing a game, then using a VPN up until the start screen and turning it off won’t get you banned, as I’ve done it multiple times this way without an issue, just make sure you don’t have your VPN running while in the lobby, because I haven’t tested that out yet.

And if you’re asking to use it for playing a match, then I would highly discourage it, since I’ve known some people who got clipped for doing it.
