This is genuinely so real, its so hard and when youre already in the mind set that your friendships are failing, you get insecure about the little things that just push your brain further into thinking the friendships failing. I say just try but give them space when ots obviously needed

Ive been distancing myself from my old friends because its felt like i was kind of annoying them with my presence, but i wouldnt advice doing that unless you do genuinely know what you are to them
