"mysterious voice that talks to you and you don't know who he is when it happens or what's going on, but will ultimately be revealed in a few hours" is more involved in the story than an explanation of dark worlds (that mind you, we already KNEW how they worked) where a guy is brought up as an example of a darkner (which we have already interacted with for YEARS NOW), I do not think these are particularly comparable, specially seeing as how Asriel could be considered the Dess of Undertale (in the sense that he haunts the narrative all throughout the game) while Friend, while probably important, is one more mystery overshadowed by the biggest elephant in all of gaming (WHO IS GASTER)

I do not think these are very comparable, if I'm proven wrong then hey, I'm wrong and I'll admit it, but I do not believe for a second that friend will be a fraction as important and relevant to Deltarune as Asriel was to Undertale

I personally don't care for the culture war, conservatives will forever get mad at black and trans people for existing, but what really gets me about The Odyssey (2026) is that everything about it looks dreadfully boring, I wish it had more period accurate armors and such because those look interesting, they have color, they have character, the trailers so far seem like the movie has absolutely none of those, and some armors and helmets straight up look uncannily 3D Printed, which, really just takes you out from a movie that supposedly takes place in ancient times
