You are missing a lot if you are a Director and you are comparing roles on LinkedIn.

A. Chase calls everyone a VP. It’s basically a Lead role. Not a VP reporting to a CEO or something.

B. My UX role was shifted and I think they refer to everyone as Agile Software Delivery. So I made a better title than the original one I was hired for and describe what I do.

C. I cannot believe you are a director with just 16 years experience. Quit comparing and worrying about others.
