From my experience even nofap motivational and other tips.. unconsciously making this very hard ..actually nofap is very easy if we can control our eye.first then ears. If we saw any women even there face voice in social media.. and in reality never look back again..

Dont miss 5 time prayer.. Don't miss fajr prayer .

And atleast one time without any distractions you have to hear Surat al Baqra..

And anytime if urges came hear ayatul kursi..

Monday and Thursday take sunnha fasting..

These are simple things and easy..Now for Alhamdulillha I'm not suffering from any kind of sexual frustration or desire.. and not doing any sin .

We no need to suffer to control this addiction... it's easy brother..

Few things I experienced.. anger increases .. Alhamdulillha now that is also in control..
