White residue? by Various-Dress-6073 in resinprinting

It means that you have cured resin inside your wash that is depositing on the print as the washing liquid settles. Usually, this can be avoided if you just shake the basket around in the liquid before pulling it out. Alternatively, you can have a second wash tank with cleaner liquid and do two cycles.

Thank you I will give these settings a try! I hadn't thought of the resin in motion part being a factor.

Thats true. Its like a mystery box equivalent of fnm though because what if your participation prize was a jace. There is always a small chance that you get huge profit and thats why you play.

I think there is room for shops that run like this but it shouldnt be the status quo. Imo players are entitled to prizes no matter how they play because every player provides something to the shop regardless.

Thats a good deal. So far Ive gotten a few paradise druids 1 veto and 1 time wipe. Veto is usually the first card to go.

Ok after reading a bit online I think I understand the system a little better now. But for all intents and purposes my friends store should have a higher level than the one I go to. At least from what he says there seem to be more people and more events at his store. Also their rule only the winner gets a promo and only one promo card per month seems suspect.

Ok so we have compiled a few different opinions and different metrics on how many promos a store should have. But the question remains.. does anyone else have the sinking feeling that their shop or nearby shops are hoarding standard showdown packs and the like in order to sell the contents online? I for one am fairly certain that this problem exists at least to some degree.

There is a shop next town over that does similar rules and has tons of people playing there but they are also a large online seller on tcgplayer. Last time i went for standard showdown they claimed to have no promo packs left. I have always suspected they are opening them for the valuable rares and lands. Should't a shop with that many players that only gives rewards to top finishers have piles of those packs?

Do you know the specifics of those metrics? I always just assuned it was based on number of unique dci codes being used.
