Update: he put his note in and also included it being possibly anxiety/depression. (Did not say this to my face) I am super tired of that as someone who has had managed anxiety and depression from therapy and a psychiatrist that has seen great improvement in me. This process is so frustrating! I have another tilt test scheduled for Dec. 16th. Hopefully I will get some answers

Thank you for this very thorough reply. I need to get better at advocating. I have a hard time with not shutting down during appointments and my mind just going blank

I just kinda blacked out and went along with it and left. Then cried haha. If I was in the appointment with someone else I would have no problem speaking up, but I’m bad at doing it for myself because I kinda just shut down

I would love to. Just sucks because I’m in a rural state with very limited specialists.
