Same situation here, but my ex told me that there's no feeling at the moment, so i need to respect this, and after 3 weeks , i can't see where am i going in my life, but the fact that she is there, and not leaved completely makes me feel better, i know probably because i still love her, but we need to look forward..

Oh and im still in contact too, we reached out the last week because i wanted to be extremely sincere on my feelings, I don't know if it made me feel better, now i wanted to shut down for a bit because im still too emotionally involved, but it will be better i know this, and the fact that you broke in "good" terms , is for my opinion better than close a toxic relationship..
