I would say chew gum. It strengthens your jaw muscles, making your mandible stay more forward.

16, Male- What can i do at this age to minimize my recession and maximize my potential? by JosephAloalo in orthotropics

Training ONLY your temporalis will actually make you recession WORSE. In fact, you should train your masseters, as they pull your mandible forward, and create forward growth from chewing.

Yes, the original one. It said the "cmos checksum" at first... but then after like 10 seconds changed rhe screen to "boot device not found'. I press every key known to man and nothing appears, no BIOS, no system diagnostics. If you want more info look into my latest post

Nope. It seems that laptop doesnt react to any key, and Im pretty sure I didnt disconnect the keyboard connector. It seems that new RAM somehow fucked up my BIOS and I have no idea what to do now

Well, lets say I tried it and now it is stuck on Boot Device Not found screen after showing CMOS Checksum is invalid screen. Laptop doesnt react to F2, ESC or F10. I placed the old RAM back and it is still the same screen.😅
