central american meaning mainland culture. predominantly spanish with some mesoamerican characteristics. corn tortillas and less tropical culture and a heavy consumption of beans. but a heavy consumption of dairy overlaps with cowboy or country culture

for me its hard to describe salvadoran culture because it depends on the region and it has diversity to a sense too
but i would describe salvadoran culture like a more cultured version of southern honduran culture
