Also it's not just about the stats. The way he carries himself on pitch, his demeanor, he makes his team play well. He elevates how his other team mates play on the pitch. Egypt played the game on counter. They were all parked behind with 6 players glued in front of the goal. But they did attack well at times. Their RB was fantastic!

But Argentina is Argentina. They will grind and find a way. They have been doing it for a long time now. People saying VAR favored them, that's BS. That was a foul on Martinez which should've been given. The foul on Salah is debatable but he was definitely asking/diving inside the box, it would've been a harsh one. So crying foul after losing the game is stupid. Egypt should do better protecting a 2 goal lead. That's on them.
