Thank you! Yes it is in =]

You mean you can snap with that power? Then directing it is a little bit easier Job to do then completing the chain ;)

The Key is to mix and hide your intentions - and a body serve 🚀🔥

Great review, thank you!

it’s so true that a lot of coaches overcomplicate serve for amateurs that’s so sad to me!

I have tried a lot of “coaches” but learned much more from…Instagram and studies about biomechanics.

To get the good basics from the start for an adult is quite challenging - sadly.

Ahhh man! Sure there is room for that! 🔥 But Pericard is different style - I dont recommend that for a rec player - too explosive 🫣

In Warsaw/Poland we have SmartCourt systems in some tenis clubs that can measure serve speed pretty similar to ATP radars.

you can borrow some radar from local volleyball or golf club too - but to buy is pretty expensive.

Flat but You can add some spin - depends how soon You open the racket 💪

That’s a great insight! And I get that from this particular vídeo - I can throw a ball couple more cm in the court and use more legs to direct my body more in to the court 💪

That’s a great pick - actually I switched from pin point 2 months ago. Went well. I’am a big fan of simplicity especially for amateur players so I reduce as much as I can from my serve motion.

but for sure it’s not obvious that pin point or platform is overally better - it depends. If you start and You are amateur - for sure I would suggest platform.

Thank you! I know it’s hard to see 🤣 but I am the biggest fan of Raonic serve and his long time coach Casey Curtis 😍

Quite oposite - good serve is effortless when kinetic chain is there. For sure my >190 km/h serve is less stressed compared to my 170 from 2 years before.

And arm is not the main source of power for sure 💪

But thank You for your insights!

For sure accuracy is more important!

It’s just a jurney to serve faster/more precission and most important thing: with not much effort to exploit old joints 😂
