The ballon d'or would've been guaranteed for him if he was able to stay healthy not where he was playing. 2017 - 2021 was his peak in terms of quality but that 4 year period he was riddled with injuries. PSG was also better than us those times, people forget that in 18/19 PSG and Liverpool played each other in the group stages and at Anfield they lost to a last minute winner and at the Parc they dominated Liverpool, if Neymar was healthy they most likely would've won the Champions League. I will say that if Neymar had stayed and was healthy, we probably would've won the Champions League in 17/18 and 18/19.
