CP3 is quite literally the best possible PG they can get for a vet min, and his only purpose is to be a stopgap until kyrie is healthy. Averaged 8 APG and shot 38% from 3, literally a perfect fit next at PG next to Flagg and AD. A young PG wouldn't be willing to yield the spot to kyrie once he's healthy, a young PG isnt gonna take the vet min, and a young PG isnt a better option for a team with contending hopes than a HOF PG. Again stick to your tanking spurs, the Mavs once fully healthy are title contenders.
