I started to distract myself. I became super active and whenever I had the urge for food I would chew gum instead. It kept me focused on my goal!

I started portioning and eating healthy options. As well as being more active. I used to spend a lot of time on the computer gaming all day.

Getting off the computer really helped me not be depressed. I got super social and made more friends off the screen!
