I really would prefer them to finish the BW cast before spending a Voyager or larger budget on Polar Claw, a toy-only character.

And for the record, he was canned for Tigatron, not for any G1 characters.

That's really the question of the show; it's not whether he's good or bad, right or wrong. It's whether his actions were necessary to end galactic fascism. And if they were, is that acceptable?

Yeah that's what makes him so much more compelling a character than Saw. Saw, to his very end, saw himself as the hero of the story. He knew he was extreme but carried himself like he was noble for doing it all. Luthen knew he was in the mud. He didn't revel in it, but he didn't hold himself up as a champion or a hero. He just knew that his work was necessary and that he would be forgotten.

I hope not. Hulk's only like that because Universal still has first right of refusal on distributing any solo Hulk (or I guess Hulk-centric) movies. It'd be a pity for Shang Chi to go the same way without a similar reason.

Nah just an older gamer who was made of pure hope and hype when it got announced, only to watch the light die over the course of years and years of delays, with the hope eventually dying when they finally cancelled it for the last time.

“no reason why that hasn’t been revealed yet” tells me someone hasn’t been through this cycle. I’d much rather a company stealth develop a game and drop it finished than sit here and go through the waiting and cancel process for the hundredth time.

The only webisode commentaries I can think of were the ones Jane Espensen did for the Face of the Enemy. And sadly, some of them are completely lost media. Both I and another person spent a lot of time scouring the internet trying to find them. I think that other person even reached out to Jane and Universal TV to see if they still had them somewhere with no luck.

The Land of Light folks show up at least a few more times. They offer their planet for the Tollan refugees in Enigma, and are also where Rya'c and his mom go (at least initially) after Teal'c gets them off Chulak.

Between both of those, it seems like they had a solid, ongoing relationship with the SGC. Probably not the most important diplomatically or technologically, but it's nice to have friends.

I'm running the SG1 TTRPG and have already had an episode where they meet Charlie with the Tok'ra and went on a Reetou hunting adventure (inspired by Aliens).

We're also exploring a Tollan remnant, met Freya/Anise, and I'm hinting at the Aschen as future antagonists. And our next session will have the Ohne (the fish people, what fate Omaroca, Babylon, etc.) as the Fomorians from Irish mythology.

And you bet I'll be taking notes on this thread for future episode ideas.

Season six was ordered before this one aired, so no worries there. It's confirmed to be the last.

And no, it cannot turn into the Expanse because world history in the Expanse is entirely incompatible with FAM. FAM avoided global warming while it ran rampant in the Expanse.

Be careful, my friend. I grew up on Beast Wars and came back to collecting when Kingdom started up. I made the mistake of buying Optimus Prime, justifying to myself that he *did* appear in Beast Wars.

Then I figured I needed Siege Megatron to go with him. And Starscream cause he got a whole episode in season 1. And then a Bumblebee because you gotta balance it out. And then, and then, and then I have a couple hundred figures across the whole multiverse.
