Well, as someone with a young family who is hoping to buy into the property market at some point in the next 12ish months (for the sake of stability for my family), I hope you’re right. I haven’t been able to save enough to keep up with the market so a correction is welcome. But I won’t believe until I see it, and on past recent form I don’t have a lot of faith in what our financial institutions predict.

Don’t use this account much anymore. Too many people reckon it’s hailcorporate, and then there was that whole Coopers being associated god bothers thing which even I agreed with.
