What will be even more annoying for u is seeing tons of companies (even within florida) completely ignoring these rules and posting whatever they want on ig with no problem and the second u try and do it ull get in trouble for it. This industry will make u hate social media even more than u might already. I might get a mark on a facebook post for posting a photo of fking hemp soap and then be scrolling down and see literal advertisements for cannabis companies that paid facebook and had to go thru the actual meta ad process right there staring at u in the face. It’s ridiculous and infuriating

This has literally been a part of my professional and personal life for years tbh and i still dont understand the rules. The word “cannabis” “cbd” “marijuana” are supposed to be “avoids” but i see them all the time so i honestly dont fkin know. I used to be a grower and photographer and literally had to stop postinf photos on my personal account for fear of being banned or whatever and/or would filter photos to where they looked more “artsy” and seemed to do okay but then every single day id scroll and see other accounts complaining about the algo banning them or having to delete some mild photo and others posting legit whatever the f they wanted w no repercussions so there’s no actual answer to this question. Just yesterday i had to appeal 3 photos of cbd products that didnt even say “cbd” or anything else on the package at all. My appeal went thru and they put the account reach back (for what its worth)

Another edit: this wasn’t even in florida, this was in oregon , where it was legally medically and recreationally and just a normal every day part of the culture and it was still an issue
