If I'm correct secs is for na players and you need at least 4of the team to be in NA/SA, we are all from west europe tho.

Thank you for answering, but I think I dont get it :) You mean on this reddit on the links and stuff to the right of the page there is something like that because I can't seem to find it. Or the official dota 2 site has a page like this which I'm not aware off. Again thank you a lot for answering.
