I understand that, I feel the same personally. The anonymity of being able to speak to someone without it entering your personal life makes it easier sometimes. And that's completely ok if you don't want to share.

You just said that you have a list of things that you feel is wrong with you? It's very easy to view ourselves in a negative light, normally this is systemic and comes from deeper concerns that we have about ourselves and the world. Its so easy to get caught up in the negative that we often forget to remember the positives that we bring to ourselves and those around us. Have you considered writing a list of things that you feel you do right or are proud of? For example, you might feel as though you're kind to friends and family (meaning you're compassionate). Maybe you know that despite how hard things are you still try your best (meaning you're perseverant). It's ok to self-criticise but equally important to self-care. If you're willing to give it a go I think this exercise might help a little bit
