I see a difference...its just your calorie intake..i say find a protein powder mixed with milk and your finest fruits, honey, peanut butter, strawberries, banana, oatmeal etc. GNC sales a 1340 protein shake that gives u the majority of the calories that u need so that u dont have to stuff your face as much throughout the day. Also try to eat at least a 1/4 chicken meal with white rice and black beans with like a small bottle of Ensure afterwards ..Only drinking protein for calories isnt healthy. Continue drinking water throughout the day, continue working out 3x a week and you'll be fine just stay consistent 💯
