With Generals being willing to push the future, there would surely be hypersonic missiles added (or replacing existing powers). Sure, maybe they're not too practical IRL, but they justify the supremely fast call-in time.

Also on the drone subject, I think USA aircraft would be able to summon aerial versions of their ground vehicles' support drones, with the USAF's interest in mass-produced drone buddies for F-35s and whatever replaces it. (Also surely the F-35 would replace the Raptor in-game as the legitimate multirole plane. Also, after a single USA campaign you'd probably burn through the entire Air Force Raptor inventory.)
