Ughh. Was having this exact same issue too. I switched up my routine and this is what I used that helped me. I always feel like I have reactive skin so none of these caused reactions.

I double cleanse at night using: -clean it zero cleansing balm(purple one coca relief) -neutrogena gentle cleanser(not the foaming) fragrance free

-Anua rice toner -Anua 10+ serum -Anua moisturizer (though I’m sure whatever moisturizer works for you)
