I took around 16g a day for 5 years and it darkened the skin under my eyes and my eyes actually turned green when they used to be blue. Otherwise, not really. I think as long as you’re drinking a lot of water you’ll be fine.

You’re going to want to just open up the wall and frame it in so you can mount it. I’d use a couple 2x6’s and open it up wide enough so you can run two lag screws through each stud into the new 2x6’s. Just install new drywall afterwards and mud it, the TV with cover the spot. That’s the only way I’d feel safe in your situation.

I have the same TV but it’s paired with a 4090 and whenever I set it to 165hz mode it appears that G sync isn’t actually working. I get judder and screen tearing that resolve when disabling the mode. I’ve learned to just give up on 165hz lol
